Refund Policy
- General Policy & “As-Is” Basis
All vehicles, especially pre-owned units, are sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis at the time of delivery, unless a specific warranty is explicitly agreed upon in writing within the final Sales Contract. Our primary commitment is to ensure the vehicle’s condition matches the description and specifications agreed upon prior to shipment. We do not offer standardized refunds or returns based on subjective dissatisfaction after delivery. Any post-delivery issues are handled through case-by-case consultation and negotiation, not through automatic refund procedures. - Pre-Shipment Cancellation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order before the vehicle has been shipped, the following terms apply:
Cancellation before production or sourcing is finalized: You may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit paid, subject to a cancellation fee of [e.g., 10-30%] of the deposit to cover administrative and opportunity costs.
Cancellation after the vehicle is prepared for shipping/loaded: No refund of the deposit will be issued, as costs have been irrevocably incurred. - Post-Delivery Issues & Dispute Resolution
Given the nature of international trade and the specific condition of some used cars, we do not have a standard “money-back guarantee” after delivery. Our process for addressing post-delivery concerns is as follows:- Notification: You must notify us in writing via email to [email protected] of any alleged discrepancy or issue within a strict 7 business days of the vehicle’s delivery and physical acceptance.
- Evidence & Negotiation: You are required to provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue. We will then engage in direct consultation with you to discuss and negotiate a mutually agreeable solution.
- Potential Solutions: Agreed solutions may include, but are not limited to: a partial credit, sharing the cost of repairs, sourcing replacement parts, or providing technical guidance. A full refund or return of the vehicle is highly exceptional and solely at our discretion, typically considered only in cases of a major, undisclosed breach of the pre-sale description.
- Liability Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or condition of the vehicle after delivery. The Client is solely responsible for complying with all import, registration, and roadworthiness regulations of the destination country, which are unrelated to the vehicle’s sale condition. - Governing Law & Contact
This policy is governed by the same terms as the main Sales Contract. For any post-delivery issue, you must initiate contact to begin the consultation process.
